Mirrors

1

Devlin

French the K I D

Out to everyone in Essex and Greater London

Yeah

If there’s another me out there in the multiverse

I wonder if he just wrote a verse

Or I’m the fan and it’s role reverse

Coming like Stan when I know the words

Walking around on a clone of earth

And hopefully one not so disturbed

I wonder if the mirror looks back

It must’ve thought it’s a joke at first

In a vision all smokey and blurred

The bloodshed can be seen

The upset can be heard

There’s a lot to redeem

Our side of the screen huh

But in universes parallel

I bet everything’s sweet like caramel

When I say that I’m boarding a plane

There’s no bag reclaim on the carousel

If I could reach out there

There’s probably a million me’s out there

But I’m the one that’s gotta be down here
