The Aces drop Latin-influenced disco track 'Twin Flame' and reveal extensive world tour dates alongside upcoming album 'Gold Star Baby'.
The Aces have released new single 'Twin Flame', alongside announcing details of their upcoming world tour in support of new album 'Gold Star Baby'.
The track, which opens as a subtle ballad before evolving into a disco-influenced groove, represents a significant part of the band's heritage. "'Twin Flame' is about that tortuous in-between of not wanting to let go, but knowing you need to. This song also has a strong Latin influence from the guitar line to the bridge in Spanish. With half of us being Latina, we really wanted to express that part of who we are through this song," the band explain.
'Gold Star Baby', set for release on 15th August via SoundOn, follows their previous album 'I've Loved You For So Long'. The largely self-produced record marks a new chapter for the four-piece, comprising sisters Cristal and Alisa Ramirez, Katie Henderson, and McKenna Petty.
