Dork's teaming up with M for Montreal for a special London show this May
The showcase will take place at The Grace in London on 18th May.
The event follows last November’s edition of M for Montreal, a three-night showcase festival dedicated to highlighting emerging artists from across Montreal, Quebec and the wider Canadian scene. After a packed programme of new discoveries and standout performances, the idea emerged to bring some of that momentum to London.
Taking place on 18th May at The Grace, the night is a collaboration between Dork, M for Montreal, Montreal-based independent label Mothland and London’s Footsteps Festival and will spotlight artists making waves on both sides of the Atlantic.
Among the acts performing are Lemonsuckr (pictured), a band that have been steadily building a reputation as one of the most exciting new live outfits around.
Also on the bill is Annie-Claude Deschênes, whose performance was one of the highlights of M for Montreal last year. Known for her intense and immersive live show, she’ll bring the full experience to The Grace.
Completing the line-up is Montreal artist Boutique Feelings, whose psychedelic-leaning sound is quickly gaining attention.
The show takes place on 18th May at The Grace in London. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10am UK time.
