Easy Life have announced their much-anticipated debut album is coming this summer.
Titled ‘life’s a beach’, the former Dork cover stars will drop their first full-length on 4th June, and are previewing it with opening track ‘a message to myself’. Debuted on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show, frontman Murray describes it as “a reminder to keep doing you. It’s a celebration of individualism at all costs. Be yourself, nobody can do you better.”
‘life’s a beach’, meanwhile, is “a record that wishes it was anywhere else but here, yet at the same time fixates on a dreary middle England existence.”
So, erm, Britpop then? Let’s not say Britpop. It’s not gonna be Britpop guys.
