KNEECAP have shared ‘FENIAN’ and its no-holds-barred new video filmed across West Belfast
Their Dan Carey-produced second record lands on Heavenly Recordings this May.

Belfast trio KNEECAP have unveiled the video for 'FENIAN', which serves as both the latest single and the title-track of their second album, set to arrive on 1st May 2026 through Heavenly Recordings.
Directed by Thomas James and filmed in and around West Belfast, the video features DJ Provai's tricolour balaclava prominently throughout. Thomas said: "For me, this track is about a reclaiming of identity. Not only of the word, but for people too. Which is what our film is. A trippy whirlwind through people and places who embody the spirit of the boys and the song. Of seeing the word Fenian through a new lens. It was a blast. It was chaos. It was a fever dream of running around Ireland convincing people to pop a bally on and do something mental. Good times had by all."
With the single, the group are reclaiming a term historically used as an anti-Irish slur, reframing it through its roots in Irish folklore. Speaking about the track, KNEECAP said: "An Anthem to embrace our Fenian past, and to cure our colonial hangover by reconnecting the warriors of Irish folklore with the Fenian c*nts from the North of Ireland today."
Dan Carey produced the album, which additionally includes previously released tracks 'Smugglers & Scholars' and 'Liars Tale'. Alongside a week of in-store appearances surrounding the album's release, KNEECAP have a packed schedule of European headline dates and festival slots lined up throughout 2026.
