NCT’s Mark has shared new single ‘+82 Pressin”, featuring fellow NCT member Haechan, via SM Entertainment.
The track serves as the latest preview of Mark’s debut solo album ‘The Firstfruit’, which will contain 13 tracks split into four sections, each dedicated to cities that have shaped his journey: Toronto, New York City, Vancouver, and Seoul.
Produced by Tommy Brown, known for his work with Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, and Reneé Rapp, ‘+82 Pressin” is a hip-hop track featuring whistle riffs and a prominent bassline. The lyrics, written by Mark, reference South Korea’s country code and celebrate Seoul.
The release follows December’s ‘Fraktsiya’, a UK drill-inspired collaboration with Korean rapper Lee Young Ji, which marked the first preview of the forthcoming album.
Mark continues to perform as part of NCT 127’s ‘Neo City – The Momentum’ tour across Asia and North America. His group NCT Dream performed at London’s OVO Arena Wembley in November, following the release of their album ‘Dreamscape’.
