Olivia Dean's 'Man I Need' is now Australia's second-longest running number one single, 'FYI'
The track has now spent 18 consecutive weeks atop the ARIA chart.

If you need a marker on just how supermassie former Dork cover star Olivia Dean has become over the last year or so, this is a great one. Her Really Very Brilliant single 'Man I Need' has reached its 18th consecutive week at number one on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart, making it the second-longest reigning single since the official charts began in 1983.
The track surpasses the 17-week runs previously held by The Kid Laroi and Justin Bieber's 'Stay' and Alex Warren's 'Ordinary'. The all-time record remains with Tones and I's 'Dance Monkey', which led for 24 non-consecutive weeks in 2019-20.
Dean also claims a 1-2 on the chart, with her Sam Fender collaboration 'Rein Me In' holding at number two. We truly are now living in an Olivia Dean wonderland.
Elsewhere, 'So Easy (To Fall In Love)' improves from six to five, and 'Nice To Each Other' lifts from 23 to 15.
Tame Impala's 'Dracula' enters the ARIA top 10 for the first time after 21 weeks on the chart, climbing from 15 to eight following a fresh mix with BLACKPINK's JENNIE. The track marks a career best for Tame Impala on the ARIA Chart, surpassing the number 17 peak of 'The Less I Know The Better' in 2015. It is the only homegrown recording in the current ARIA Top 50.
On the ARIA Albums Chart, Harry Styles holds at number one for a second week with 'Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally', with Dean's 'The Art of Loving' stalking him at number two and Tate McRae's 'So Close to What' climbing from six to three.
