A satirical political movement has been unveiled by
RØRY, who has released
'Kids These Days' as its official anthem.
The track's accompanying party political broadcast is scheduled to air on St George's Day, with the Kids These Days Party declaring war on optimism, emotional awareness and therapy culture among young people.
Speaking about the movement, RØRY said: "Kids these days are getting diagnosed with ADHD, going to therapy, and talking about their feelings. That is not how it's done. This is GREAT BRITAIN. We suppress things here. It's time someone did something about it."
Beyond the new single, RØRY has confirmed a main stage slot at Download Festival 2026 on the Sunday. Reacting to her place on the bill in a video that has since passed a million views, she said: "I'm disappointed in the Download line up this year, and quite frankly somebody has got to say it. It's not the headliners - Linkin Park, Guns N Roses, Limp Bizkit, that's really good. Bad Omens, Architects, amazing. Have you seen that delusional old ADHD bitch on there?! Download have let themselves go."
RØRY released debut album '
Restoration' earlier this year.
