Scissor Sisters are going to release a 20th anniversary reissue of their debut album with unreleased tracks

The band’s landmark debut album will be reissued with bonus tracks across deluxe vinyl and CD formats this July.

Scissor Sisters are set to release special 20th anniversary editions of their self-titled debut album, featuring previously unreleased material from the band’s archives.

The expanded editions, arriving on 18th July, will be available as a deluxe 2LP vinyl and 3CD set. Both versions include the original album’s hit singles ‘Laura’, ‘Comfortably Numb’, ‘Take Your Mama’, ‘Mary’, and ‘Filthy / Gorgeous’, alongside b-sides and rarities.

The announcement coincides with Scissor Sisters’ return to live performance, marking their first tour in over 12 years. The band – comprising lead singer Jake Shears, multi-instrumentalist Babydaddy, and guitarist Del Marquis – have already performed warm-up shows in Brighton and Bristol ahead of their arena tour.

The dates in full read:

15 Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham, UK
21 Glastonbury Festival, Pilton, UK
25 Madison Square Garden, New York, USA
