SKEGSS have dropped a new single, ‘So Excited’

And they just can’t hide it.

Artists: SKEGGS

SKEGSS have shared their new single ‘So Excited’ via Loma Vista Recordings.

The track was recorded with Chris Collins, who previously worked with the band on their albums ‘Rehearsal’ and ‘My Own Mess’. It arrives as the band embark on their five-week North American tour.

“This song came together real quick in the studio, it took us a couple of days to feel the structure out, but the whole thing felt like a nice impulse that we rode,” says singer and guitarist Ben Reed. “Instead of making things complicated, let’s all agree to disagree more and enjoy the same things we all like as people. Hope you find yourself a nice cold beer and enjoy it. We all have a past and we all have a future. Cheers 🍻.”

Speaking about the Kale Neville-directed video, Reed adds: “The video clip also came together really last minute, Kale did a great job of making sense of the lyrics and vision and bringing it to a nice light. We want to thank everyone that helped to pull it off and for going to such great efforts on short notice. It was such a fun day making it, it feels magic when you wing things and they somehow work out.”

The band’s upcoming UK dates read:

26 Academy 2, Manchester, UK
27 SWG3, Glasgow, UK
