The 1975 have dropped their video for ‘Love It If We Made It’

  • Dork News Desk
  • October 15, 2018

It’s a busy day in the world of The 1975. Not content with teasing us about a new track earlier on, they’ve now dropped a video and announced a North American tour.

The clip is for previous ‘A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships’ teaser ‘Love It If We Made It’. Including some of the coloured silhouette footage that made up the vertical Spotify clip that accompanied the song’s initial release, its augmented by shots of fans, some of the band’s iconic posters, and clips of recent world events. A juxtaposition of colour and harrowing images, there’s even a post apocalyptic dance section.

Alongside the new video comes a run of North American dates, kicking off in mid April and running through to the start of June – a period where it’s expected The 1975 will drop the second record of their Music For Cars projected, ‘Notes On A Conditional Form’. Like on the UK leg, they’ll be supported by Pale Waves and No Rome.

You can check out both the new video for ‘Love It If We Made It’, and those tour dates below.

Earlier today (15th October), The 1975 revealed they’ll be dropping new track ‘It’s Not Living (If It’s Not With You)’ this Thursday.

Revealed on a massive poster, it features the lines the lines “Danny ran into some complications” and “He falls asleep during conversations”.

You can check out the poster below, as tweeted via Twitter user @lovelessgirl.
