The Aces have shared ‘Gold Star Baby: After Hours’, keeping the disco-pop party going

Deluxe edition adds unreleased favourites and a Katie Henderson club remix

The Aces have shared ‘Gold Star Baby: After Hours’, keeping the disco-pop party going

The Aces have unveiled 'Gold Star Baby: After Hours', a deluxe version of their disco-pop concept album.

Three additional tracks feature on the expanded release: 'Can't Wait', a club remix of 'The Magic' crafted by guitarist Katie Henderson, and the previously shared 'Square One'.

Speaking about the decision to revisit the record, the band said: "We felt like we wanted to keep the 'Gold Star Baby' party going. We had so much fun touring this record and the culture we built with the fans and wanted one last hurrah. So, we decided to share some of our unreleased favs from the era. Little bit of heartbreak, a lot of disco. That's GSB."

Built around the concept of a metaphorical night club, the original 'Gold Star Baby' arrived via SoundOn and explored queerness and escapism through a sapphic disco-pop lens.

Alongside the release, The Aces have confirmed they will join Louis Tomlinson as support on his How Did We Get Here? North American arena tour, which also includes an appearance at Summerfest in Milwaukee.
