TV on the Radio's Tunde Adebimpe has signed to Sub Pop and shared his solo debut, new single 'Magnetic'
The single appears on his debut solo album, which will be released via the iconic Seattle label next year.
TV on the Radio's Tunde Adebimpe has signed to Sub Pop Records.
Sharing new song 'Magnetic' alongside the announcement, the track marks his solo debut, and will appear on his forthcoming first solo album, set for release in 2025.
Sub Pop Records co-founder Jonathan Poneman says of the signing, "We heartily welcome Tunde Adebimpe to Sub Pop's roster of artists. His inclusion makes the whole lot better – and a whole lot classier! We've waited 20-plus years for Sub Pop to earn the chance to be Tunde Adebimpe's label."
TV on the Radio are currently marking the 20th anniversary of their debut album, 'Desperate Youth, Blood Thirsty Babes', with a series of sold-out shows.
