About This Track

BTS return to the pop-rock template on 'Normal', a track from their 2026 album 'ARIRANG' that examines the psychological cost of extreme visibility. Produced by Ryan Tedder and Sean Cook, with writing contributions from RM, Suga and J-hope, the song frames the relentless churn of public adoration and public hatred as a new baseline, the chorus repeating the phrase as both diagnosis and resignation.
