About the Artist
Lyrics
Good book, I said I won't cry Oh because crying would mean that it's over Starting to look just the same as some hangover, as some hangover That some stranger caught We'd upset the neighbors The trees that they carved When they were teenagers Now they can't find their names anymore The building was no angel either It's always warm in the water The fireworks fall, over and out of and into the flowers That sprung up from the astros I forgot the time I've dreamt about it I've dreamt about it Once or twice Sometimes, in late December drove over cats eyes in your car Forgot where I was for a second And all the headlights All of the headlights looked like

From 100 gecs to The Killers, Courting use recognisable pop signposts to make their songs feel like rooms in the same unruly universe.

Now, we've been saying how scorching our Dork 100 shows are but we'll be honest - we didn't think it would mean *this*. As the sun bakes London, the Sebright Arms is a melting pot primed for the sort of pop nonsense we've loved since Day 1. Sweaty nights in famous basements where your next favourite band is born have become our second home, and tonight is no different. In both Courting and Balancing Act you have artists who have gone on to play much bigger stages than this, making tonight extra special. Don't say we don't treat ya.
One of the best indie-rock albums in recent memory.
Chaos once again reigns supreme.
Courting are at their strongest when they are pushing the boat out, something which 'Guitar Music' revels in.
