About This Track

'Help' by Galantis is a 2014 Dance track from 'Galantis EP'. The lyrics cast a speaker’s confusion and resistance early on, before settling into devotion and an offer of rescue when “the wild comes calling”. There is a sense of contradiction, then a tightening resolve, as affection turns into something practical and reassuring. The repeated idea that help is coming lends the song its urgency, even as the narrative voice looks back at what they initially failed to understand.

"Help" is a track by Galantis, from the album Galantis EP, released 31st March 2014. The track is 4:09 long. It's filed under Dance. Full lyrics are available below. Dork has published 1 article about Galantis.

Lyrics

Help

At first I didn't get you
Too contradicted to figure out
I didn't expect to want
All the things I could live without
I wouldn't do it for anyone, you should know that
But since I loved you since 21, you should know that
When the wild comes calling on you, help is on the way
When the high gets horny for you, help is on the way
On the way, help is on the way

When your heart don't bleed the way it used to, help is on the way
Help is on the way
Help is on the way

Help is on the way

At first I didn't see through, all noise that I could care less about
I didn't expect to want all the things I could live without
I wouldn't do it for anyone, you should know that
But since I loved you since 21, you should know that
When the wild comes calling on you, help is on the way
When the high gets horny for you, help is on the way
On the way, help is on the way

When your heart don't bleed the way it used to, help is on the way
Help is on the way
Help is on the way
Help is on the way
