About This Track

'Revolution' by Galantis is a 2014 dance track from the album 'Galantis EP'. The lyrics run on a restless search for something felt and believed in, with forward-driving lines about escape and urgency, culminating in the refrain, “a reason for a revolution”. It keeps returning to the idea that all that is needed is that catalytic cause, urging the listener to let the song carry on. The overall mood is determined and propulsive, pitched as a chase towards a place where the heart beats faster.

"Revolution" is a track by Galantis, from the album Galantis EP, released 31st March 2014. The track is 3:50 long. It's filed under Dance. Full lyrics are available below. Dork has published 1 article about Galantis.

Lyrics

Revolution

I wonder forever to find it, remember
So I run with the sun and the air till I feel it
Run away to something I believe in
The only place to go is where my heart beats faster

All we ever need is a reason for a revolution
All we ever need is a reason for a revolution
Let the song go
Let the song go
Let the song go

There's nothing that compares to heaven, I hear in my head
So I run with the sun and the air till I feel it
Run away to something I believe in
The only place to go is where my heart beats faster

All we ever need is a reason for a revolution
All we ever need is a reason for a revolution
Let the song go

Let the song go
