Lyrics

High

[Verse 1]

Changes, everything changes

People and places

Through moments and phases

Hold on, need something to hold onto

'Cause I don't know

What's in tomorrow

[Pre-Chorus]

You tell me to let go of my grip

I'm leaning into life's sweet music

We're making memories on the way

Try our best to ride the waves

We can't do much more

I'm putting my best foot forward

[Chorus]

You take me so high

You take me so high

I'm never gonna get enough

Of feeling how your sweet touch

Taking me so high off the ground

Yeah you take me so high

You take mе so high

I'm feeling good in my own skin

If feeling this is a sin

Then I will sin tonight

And for the rest of my lifе

[Verse 2]

Hold me

Right when you hold me

All of my worries

Are gone in a hurry

[Pre-Chorus]

You taught me to let go of my grip

I'm leaning into life's sweet music

We can't do much more

I'm putting my best foot forward

[Chorus]

You take me so high

You take me so high

I'm never gonna get enough

Of feeling how your sweet touch

Taking me so high off the ground

Yeah you take me so high

You take me so high

I'm feeling good in my own skin

If feeling this is a sin

Then I will sin tonight

And for the rest of my life

[Bridge]

At night

When I'm all alone the moon reminds me of

The way

That you light me up just like the sun from afar

You take me so high, high, high

[Chorus]

You take me so high

You take me so high

I'm never gonna get enough

Of feeling how your sweet touch

Taking me so high off the ground

Yeah you take me so high

You take me so high

I'm feeling good in my own skin

If feeling this is a sin

Then I will sin tonight

And for the rest of my life
