Black Honey is a British indie rock band formed in Brighton in 2014. The band consists of lead singer and guitarist Izzy Baxter Phillips, guitarist Chris Ostler, bassist Tommy Taylor, and drummer Alex Woodward, who joined after Tom Dewhurst's departure. They released a self-titled debut EP in late 2014 and their first album, also self-titled, in 2018, which reached number 33 on the UK Albums Chart. Their second album, Written & Directed, was released in March 2021 and peaked at number 7 on the UK Albums Chart.
