Panda Bear releases new single 'Ends Meet' featuring Animal Collective members, ahead of February's Sinister Grift album.

Noah Benjamin Lennox, born in 1978, is an American musician, singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist known by his moniker Panda Bear. He is a co-founder of the band Animal Collective. Lennox has released six solo albums since 1999, including 'Person Pitch' (2007), which influenced other indie music acts. His albums 'Tomboy' (2011) and 'Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper' (2015) both reached the Billboard 200 chart. Raised primarily in Baltimore, Maryland, Lennox sang tenor in his high school chamber choir and studied piano and cello. The name Panda Bear originated from his habit of drawing pandas on early mixtapes as a teenager. He began collaborating with the members of Animal Collective in the late 1990s. Lennox has also collaborated with artists such as Daft Punk on the 2013 single 'Doin' It Right,' Dean Blunt on '9,' Braxe + Falcon on 'Step by Step' (2020), and Sonic Boom on the 2022 album Reset. Since 2004, he has resided in Lisbon, Portugal.
