Snail Mail is an American indie rock solo project by Lindsey Erin Jordan, born June 16, 1999. Originally from Ellicott City, Maryland, Jordan began performing as Snail Mail in 2015 at age 15. The project gained attention with the release of the EP Habit in 2016. After signing with Matador Records, Snail Mail released the debut studio album Lush in 2018. The second studio album, Valentine, was released in 2021, followed by Ricochet in 2026.
