The model and actress signs to Warner Records ahead of a debut album.
Cara Delevingne has released her debut singles, ‘I Forgot’ and ‘Out of My Head’, marking the start of her music career and her first release via Warner Records.
The two tracks arrive alongside news of Delevingne's signing to the label and offer a first preview of her debut album, which is set for release later this summer.
Co-written with Trey Campbell and co-produced with BJ Burton, ‘I Forgot’ and ‘Out of My Head’ are accompanied by a seven-minute short film directed by Emmy-winning ‘Severance’ director Jessica Lee Gagné.
“Music was always that dream I had, but never believed I would get the opportunity to create,” says Delevingne. “Writing ‘I Forgot’ felt like a rebirth for me and ‘Out of My Head’ was like going to therapy. Everything has felt like it’s led up to this point and I can’t wait for everyone to experience it.”
Delevingne recently announced her first run of live dates across Europe, the UK and North America, including two London shows at 26 Leake Street on 7th and 8th June. Further dates include stops in Paris, Los Angeles and New York, as well as appearances at All Things Go and Primavera Sound festivals later this year.
