Dylan John Thomas and STONE are among the new additions for Sound City 2025

Sound City festival adds Dylan John Thomas and STONE to its 2025 Liverpool lineup, joining previously announced The Royston Club.

Sound City have announced their second wave of artists for their 2025 festival, with Dylan John Thomas and STONE joining the bill.

Set to take place across Liverpool City Centre between 3rd-4th May, the new music discovery festival will see Dylan John Thomas headline Sunday night, while Liverpool’s own STONE are set for an afternoon headline set.

They join previously announced headliners The Royston Club, who will top the bill on Saturday night of the event.

The latest announcement also includes KEO, Imogen and the Knife, The Guest List, Ist Ist, Disgusting Sisters, Brogeal, Keyside, Charlie Pittman, Allie Sherlock, Precious Pepala, and Permanent (Joy).

“As the months get closer and closer, the anticipation for Sound City 2025 continues to grow – and we’re delighted to unveil our next wave of artists coming to Liverpool in May for what’s shaping up to be our greatest Sound City weekend to date,” Managing Director Becky Ayres says. “Welcoming Dylan John Thomas to headline our Sunday night is going to be a real moment for an artist who has connected with music fans in a way that you can’t help but feel, with a very exciting return from one of our own in STONE sure to make the afternoon even bigger!”

These new additions join previously announced acts including Nieve Ella, Rianne Downey, Overpass, Panic Shack, Siobhan Winifred, The Cheap Thrills, Maya Delilah, TTSSFU, Better Joy, The Stingrays, Delights, Alex Spencer, Basht, Mitch Saunders and Mandrake Handshake.

The event will also feature the Sound City+ Conference on 2nd May, bringing together industry leaders, artists and creatives to explore the future of music.
