Dork cover star and all-around icon Hayley Williams has launched her North American solo tour with an Atlanta show that featured the first live airings of 14 tracks from her third studio album 'Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party'.
Among the songs performed for the first time were 'Showbiz', 'Disappearing Man', 'Zissou', 'Ice In My OJ', 'Hard', 'Blood Bros', the title track, 'Whim', 'Negative Self Talk', 'Brotherly Hate', 'Dream Girl In Shibuya', 'Discovery Channel', 'I Won't Quit On You' and 'Parachute'. Josh Scogin, frontman of Georgia-based heavy outfit The Chariot, appeared as a guest during the performance of Parachute.
Williams' run across North America takes in cities including Toronto, Boston, Philadelphia, New York City, Baltimore, Minneapolis, Chicago, Nashville, Austin, Phoenix and Oakland before wrapping up with three nights at The Wiltern in Los Angeles. A European leg follows in June, with dates across Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, the UK and Ireland. Snuggle, Tiberius B and Water From Your Eyes serve as special guests on select dates.
