Laufey has released a new single, ‘From The Start’.
The track marks the first taste of new music to come from Laufey this year, following last year’s ‘A Night At The Symphony’, which she recorded with the Iceland Symphony Orchestra.
She says of the track: “‘From The Start’ is a bossa nova inspired song about being in love with your best friend… who is in love with someone else. I wrote the song to create a playful mix of old sounds with modern lyrics.”
