Loyle Carner has shared two new singles, ‘all i need’ and ‘in my mind’, via Island EMI. The London artist has also been confirmed as a headliner for Glastonbury’s The Other Stage on 27th June.
‘all i need’ sees Carner draw inspiration from artists including Big Thief, IDLES and Fontaines DC, while the second track, ‘in my mind’, was recorded with his son present in the studio.
The release follows Carner’s third album ‘hugo’, which reached Number 3 in the UK charts.
Alongside his musical output, Carner is set to make his acting debut in ‘Mint’, a BBC drama from BAFTA-nominated director Charlotte Regan.
The artist, who received an honorary doctorate from UAL last year, also continues his work with Chilli Con Carner cookery workshops, supporting young people with dyslexia and ADHD.
