Marina calls for unity with her new video for ‘To Be Human’

"The subject matter is really important," she explains.

Marina has dropped a new video for ’To Be Human’.

It’s a sombre-but-hopeful track from the first half of her new two-part album ‘Love + Fear’, due for release on 26th April.

“Thematically, ‘To Be Human’ sums up the headspace that I’ve come from in the past three years,” she explains. “The subject matter is really important. I talk about unity, name-checking a lot of places around the world to create this picture of humanity because in our current political climate we are constantly being made to see different people as ‘other’ and I hate that.”

Marina heads off on tour later this month, and has also just been announced for Latitude, alongside Self Esteem, Indoor Pets, Zuzu and more.
