Ruel encourages letting go with his new single 'Cats On The Ceiling'
The new track explores themes of love and letting go.
Australian artist Ruel has unveiled his latest single 'Cats on the Ceiling'.
The single follows a busy period for Ruel, who recently relocated to Los Angeles from Australia, and released a five-track covers EP titled 'Adaptations' over the summer. Earlier this year, Ruel collaborated with DMA'S on two singles, 'What a Life' and 'We're a Pair of Diamonds'.
The song explores themes of love and letting go, he explains: "I think there is so much more out there for us to experience in this life if we can just 'let go' of all that pent up self-control from time to time. I wrote Cats to express the joy that comes from giving in to the great unknown and I want people to be able interpret that in whatever way feels good to them."
