Sam Fender releases ‘Tyrants’ on streaming after Record Store Day vinyl debut

Sam Fender’s track ‘Tyrants’, previously exclusive to Record Store Day vinyl, is now available on streaming platforms worldwide.

Artists: Sam Fender

Sam Fender has released ‘Tyrants’ on streaming platforms, following its initial availability as part of his ‘Me And The Dog’ vinyl EP for Record Store Day 2025.

The track, which also featured on the seven-inch edition of Fender’s 2024 single ‘People Watching’, was co-produced by The War On Drugs’ Adam Granduciel alongside his third studio album of the same name.

“Big love to everyone asking after this one,” Fender says of the release. The upbeat rock track features backing vocals from Brooke Bentham and made its live debut during the opening night of Fender’s European tour in Paris.

Fender and Granduciel performed the song together during the second weekend of Coachella 2025. The War On Drugs have since withdrawn from supporting Fender at his upcoming stadium shows in London and Newcastle, citing personal scheduling issues.
