sombr has confirmed his debut album 'I Barely Know Her', and it's out later this month

sombr is set to release his debut album, 'I Barely Know Her', on 22nd August via Warner Records. The artwork and tracklist have been revealed, with the record arriving amid MTV VMA nominations for Best New Artist and Best Alternative.

Written entirely by sombr and co-produced with Tony Berg (Phoebe Bridgers, boygenius, The Replacements, Aimee Mann, Michael Penn), 'I Barely Know Her' features 'crushing', '12 to 12', 'i wish i knew how to quit you', 'back to friends', 'canal street', 'dime', 'undressed', 'come closer', 'we never dated' and 'under the mat'.

Born Shane Boose and raised on the Lower East Side of New York City, sombr began making music in his bedroom while studying classical music at LaGuardia High School. After early attention for 2022’s 'Caroline', he has released a run of EPs and singles and is now based in Los Angeles.
