With his new album, ‘
Bunny’, slated for release next Spring,
Willie J Healey has revealed a third single cut, ‘
Sure Feels Good’.
The Oxfordshire artist’s third LP follows previous records ‘
People and Their Dogs’ and ‘
Twin Heavy’, and will feature his recent singles, ‘
Tiger Woods’ and
‘Dreams’.
The new song has also arrived with a testing visual, showing
Healey fitting as many grapes into his mouth at once as he can - the clip was shot & directed by longtime collaborator, Joe Wheatley.
“The whole era is something that I love,”
Willie shares on the upcoming album. “Long before making ‘Twin Heavy’, I had always listened to funk, soul and R&B, but for some reason, it never translated into my own music. Really my inspiration was just the feel of things, I really enjoyed playing music that makes you feel really good.”
