Wolf Alice join Primavera Sound 2025 lineup after Clairo cancels appearance

The group will join a line-up that includes Sabrina Carpenter as headliner, alongside performances from Haim, Beach House, TV On The Radio, Wet Leg and Floating Points.

Wolf Alice have been added to the line-up for Primavera Sound 2025 in Barcelona, replacing Clairo who cancelled her appearance due to logistical issues. The band are set to perform on 6th June.

The group will join a line-up that includes Sabrina Carpenter as headliner, alongside performances from Haim, Beach House, TV On The Radio, Wet Leg and Floating Points. The festival will also feature a co-headline set from Charli XCX and Troye Sivan, with Chappell Roan topping the bill on another day. LCD Soundsystem, Fontaines D.C., and Jamie xx are also scheduled to appear.

The announcement follows Wolf Alice’s return with their new single ‘Bloom Baby Bloom’, which arrived on 15th May. The track is the first preview of their fourth album ‘The Clearing’, set for release on 29th August via Sony Music.

The Primavera Sound performance adds to Wolf Alice’s upcoming live schedule, which includes three shows in Ireland and an appearance at Radio 1’s Big Weekend 2025, followed by a slot at Glastonbury Festival. These shows mark the band’s first full live performances since late 2022, following their previous album ‘Blue Weekend’, which topped the UK charts and received a Mercury Prize nomination.
