About This Track

Released in August 2013 as the second single from his album of the same name, 'Honest' finds Future building a club track around a refrain of candour. The song peaked at number 55 on the Billboard Hot 100, its title serving as both hook and framing device for a litany of excess. Future raps about luxury purchases, substance use, and street origins, each boast punctuated by the insistence that he's simply telling the truth.
