Released in July 2015 on the deluxe edition of 'DS2', 'Slave Master' finds Future threading luxury and excess through a haze of codeine and conspicuous consumption. The hook juxtaposes the purchase of a new car with the historical weight of its title, a provocation Future leaves unresolved, whilst the verses catalogue jewellery, prescription-strength syrup, and the mechanics of trap-house commerce. Producers Leland Wayne and Joshua Howard Luellen supply a minimal, hypnotic backdrop that lets the repetition do its work. The track's central tension lies in its refusal to flinch from the discomfort of its own metaphor. Future raps about staying true to the culture and doing it for those present and gone, gestures of loyalty delivered in the same breath as boasts about VVS diamonds and fish spots stocked with MDMA. The mood is less celebratory than numbed, the repeated assertion 'I'm feelin' way better' reading more like self-medication than triumph.
"Slave Master" is a track by Future, from the album DS2 (Deluxe), released 17th July 2015. Full lyrics are available below.

Rockstar has confirmed a dynamic score and an evolved in-game radio system for ‘Grand Theft Auto VI’, while keeping the mechanics under wraps.

The liquid-filled limited edition sold out in under an hour, with resale listings now reaching more than four times its £108.99 original price.

A 34-track soundtrack featuring Travis Scott, Yung Lean, Keith Richards and more will arrive alongside ‘Grand Theft Auto VI’ on 19th November.

A wave of GTA VI-styled social posts has prompted soundtrack speculation, but the publicly reported confirmation list is far shorter.

Spotify billboards using the same visual language as a wave of musician posts have prompted speculation about a 'GTA 6' campaign, though neither Spotify nor Rockstar has confirmed a partnership.
