Doncaster-via-Manchester four-piece THE BLINDERS are beating the odds, breaking boundaries and fighting expectations with their third album, ‘Beholder’.

The Blinders are an English alternative rock band from Doncaster, based in Manchester. The band consists of vocalist and guitarist Thomas Haywood, bass guitarist Charlie McGough, drummer Thomas Castrey, and keyboardist Johnny James. They released their debut EP, Hidden Horror Dance, in 2016. Their first album, Columbia, was released in 2018, followed by their second album, Fantasies Of A Stay At Home Psychopath, in 2020, both on Modern Sky Entertainment. After the departure of Mat Neale in 2020, the band released Electric Kool Aid, a two-part EP, on 17 June 2022. On 30 October 2023, they announced their album Beholder, which was released on 1 March 2024. Following the album's release and the cancellation of their European tour leg, the band indicated they would take an indefinite hiatus, with a message on their official website stating they planned to "take a break" and "pursue something else for a while."
