5 Seconds of Summer are back on Wednesday with a new track, ‘Complete Mess’

And they'll be in the UK in April, 'FYI.

It looks like 5 Seconds of Summer are making a return next week.

The Aussie band have taken to social media to share the news that a new track, ‘Complete Mess’, will drop on Wednesday, 2nd March at 2pm PT. That’s apparently 10pm in the UK, which is kind of an unreasonable time for pop manoeuvres like this, but whatever lads. Doesn’t matter. Didn’t want a nice evening off or anything.

The news wasn’t entirely unexpected – it had previously been teased in a special magazine sent to fans in recent days.

Alongside the announcement, they also shared a snippet, which you can check out below.

They’ve also been teasing the track on TikTok, as you do ‘these days’.

And radio stations have started to make whispers about the song.

And they’ve started rescheduling some previously cancelled dates, like this one in Kingston for Banquet Records from 2020, which will now take place in April.

5SOS celebrated their 10th anniversary late last year, by dropping a new track, ‘2011’.
