Pixey has shared ‘Dreams, Pains & Paper Planes’, her first eight-track mini-album.
The Liverpudlian performer has written, recorded and produced the release herself, as with her previous EP releases ‘Free To Live In Colour’ & ‘Sunshine State’, both of which have received 5-star reviews from Dork, citing “immense production and impeccable vocals” in addition to “almost excessive skills and glamour”.

Pixey is high on the summertime vibes with her brilliant new collab, 'Daisy Chain'

Teaming up with Tayo Sound, she's kicking off the chase for the indie bop of the summer.

On her newest release, Pixey says: “‘Dreams, Pains & Paper Planes’ is the biggest project I’ve released to date. I wrote, recorded and produced the mini LP mostly in my bedroom over the last year. I wanted the record to have more complexity than my previous EPs.”
You can stream / pre-order physical copies of ‘Dreams, Pains & Paper Planes’ here, and watch the music video for recent single ‘I’m Just High’ below:
Pixey has recently performed at summer festivals including Truck, Tramlines and Y Not following a support slot on labelmate Alfie Templeman’s sold-out spring tour. She also appeared on Dork’s flagship podcast-slash-radio-show Down With Boring, which you can listen to here.
