Silk Sonic has won the award for Best International Group at the BRIT Awards 2022

They beat out the likes of Maneskin, BTS and War On Drugs.

Silk Sonic have won the award for Best International Group at this year’s BRIT Awards.

They took the prize ahead of Abba, BTS, Maneskin, and War On Drugs.

An R&B super-duo composed of Anderson .Paak and Bruno Mars, Silk Sonic released their debut album together in November 2021. Titled ‘An Evening with Silk Sonic’, it received near universal acclaim and featured the singles ‘Leave the Door Open’ and ‘Smokin’ Out the Window’. 

This year’s BRIT Awards ceremony takes place at London’s O2 Arena, with performances from the likes of Adele, Liam Gallagher, Little Simz, Holly Humberstone and Sam Fender.
