'Part II' is a sequel to 'Let the Flames Begin', building on themes of spiritual struggle and the search for redemption. The song moves through images of fragility and damage, butterflies with punctured wings and darkened places in the heart, before pivoting toward a plea for grace. The central refrain, "I'll be lost until you find me", frames the narrator as caught between internal conflict and the hope of external salvation, dancing alone to an enemy's song whilst fighting a war already won. The lyrical arc turns inward in the second verse, where Paramore confront the difficulty of forgiveness and self-scrutiny, before the final section offers a resolution of sorts: the admission that we borrow light like the moon, shadows dependent on a greater source. The song asks to catch fire, to let glory and mercy shine through borrowed radiance. It is a record of spiritual exhaustion meeting the possibility of grace, restrained in its delivery but urgent in its need.

From Radio 1’s Live Lounge to Talking Heads’ ‘Burning Down The House’, these are four documented Paramore covers beyond their own catalogue.

Paramore’s ‘Re: This Is Why’ was built on an unusually direct brief: let collaborators take the songs somewhere genuinely their own.

From Coachella to Paris and Nashville, Billie Eilish, FINNEAS and Hayley Williams have built an onstage connection through different corners of Paramore’s catalogue.

Alex Lahey’s second album widened its pop-punk frame through changed structures, tunings and instrumental colour, while keeping everyday uncertainty at its centre.

Hayley Williams has honoured New Found Glory co-founder Chad Gilbert, reflecting on his influence on her life and her connection to hardcore.

Paramore’s 2005 debut was not an immediate chart breakthrough. Touring, later success and listeners travelling back through the catalogue gave it a longer life.
