He's set to perform at Lollapalooza in South America next March.
“It’s been pretty daunting to offer up this level of honesty," he says.
The new track explores themes of love and letting go.
Ruel has also unveiled a visualiser for 'Hollywood', directed by Bailen Estrada.

Ruel (@oneruel) has shared the second official single from his forthcoming debut album, 'SOMEONE ELSE'S PROBLEM'.
It's one of over 100 new songs he's written over the past two and a half years, apparently.
Ruel is set to hit the UK next month, with a debut album due later this year.
