Lyrics

Static

Come home in the dark
Collapse
Come home in the dark
Light it up with the TV screen
Too much true crime TV
Evil men creeping in my dreams
Watching anxious people on screen kills it in me
Have them fight for their life
At least it's not real
At least it's on the screen

Turn on all the lights so I can see
Television leave it on it speaks to me
Turn on all the lights so I can see
Same glitchy guests at every party

Static is just better than the quiet
Static makes the room feel more alive
Static something to distract the eyes
Closed eyes, closed eyes

White noise, white noise

Close my eyes let the voices talk to me
Keep me company
So damn tired
Even with
8, 10, 12 hours sleep

Turn on all the lights so I can see
Television leave it on it speaks to me
Turn on all the lights so I can see
Same glitchy guests at every party

Static is just better than the quiet
Static makes the room feel more alive
Static something to distract the eyes
Wide eyes, It's just better than the quiet

Static
White noise, white noise
Static
White noise, white noise
Static
White noise, white noise
