Loathe have confirmed details of their forthcoming third studio album. Titled
'A Stranger to You', the record arrives on 17th July through SharpTone Records, marking the band's first full-length release in five years.
To accompany the announcement, the band have unveiled
'Revenant', a new track featuring
NOWHERE2RUN, the collaborative project of
Code Orange members
Jami Morgan and
Eric Balderose. Last year's standalone single '
Gifted Every Strength', which was released in May, will also feature on the album.
The guest list across the record is extensive.
Jordan Rakei, STATIC DRESS, Mansur Brown and rapper
bucki sugar all contribute to various tracks throughout 'A Stranger to You'.
An Australian tour launches in Perth on 9th May, with STATIC DRESS providing support across those dates. The band then travel to Europe for a string of headline shows and festival slots throughout June, with several of those dates seeing Loathe open for
Mastodon. Summer and autumn festival appearances at Lollapalooza in Chicago and Louder Than Life in Louisville round out the schedule.
