Maggie Rogers is continuing to tease her upcoming new material.
After weeks of mildly poking at our attention with short stabs of the intro to what seems to be a new track on TikTok, over the weekend she finally let more of the proverbial musical cat out of the bag.
Last Saturday (19th March) she shared a video standing on the top of an inner-city building, smoking a cigarette and wearing a very swanky coat - but it's the sound attached that grabs the attention. The opening lines of something new, she sings: "I found a reason to wake up / Coffee in my cup / Start a new day".
