
Gilla Band are reissuing their debut EP 'The Early Years' for its 10th anniversary
Dublin band reissues debut EP featuring remastered singles and covers, alongside announcement of seven-date Irish tour this October.

Gilla Band, formerly known as Girl Band, is an Irish post-punk and noise rock band from Dublin. The band was formed in 2011 and consists of vocalist Dara Kiely, guitarist Alan Duggan, bassist Daniel Fox, and drummer Adam Faulkner. They released their debut single 'In My Head' in 2012, followed by 'You're a Dog,' which contributed to their live following in Ireland and the UK. In 2015, they signed with Rough Trade and released their album Holding Hands with Jamie, which received critical acclaim. The band experienced a hiatus in 2016–2017 due to health issues. They subsequently released The Talkies in 2019, influenced by techno and glam, and Most Normal in 2022.
