About the Artist
Lyrics
This country's dying scream Squabbling bones An elite who overlooked the abuse in children's homes The abuse of human rights for the lust Of yacht's insides I can't even spell the word yacht, alright And if it gets far too much they'll bury the stories with More abuse on a national scale The Mail don't fail It'll gather you like willing subjects To sow the upset And turn me into a raving halfwit On government time I've got a Westminster mind A national hero, called Mr Zero The Mail don't fail The Mail don't fail Deidre sez, "You're fat and you're dead." Body mistakes on frosted flakes Green line on night shift Green lawn on night shift Exhausted voices paying out rates Desk slug, no lettuce No mates No chance of an holiday on a rota full of rigor mortis That ain't Latin, that's like it or f'ing lump it Flowers strapped to lamp posts And bike sprayed white to signify the new ghost The car that sped angel's delight A national hero, called Mr Zero The Mail don't fail The Mail don't fail Looks of hate and looks of it's too late Looks of depression and management iefficiency The guidelines blurred in situations No clear route matches the expectations They've all gone Nobody gives a toss It's all held together by a thin grasp Reason, company ethos, that's where Everybody's snapped in the workhouse lair "Please Sir, can I have some more?" I nicked the staff key for the public toilet door Cos the customer one is a real slice of life Dried-up wee on the lid, yeah that's nice Eamonn Andrews and "This is your life..." A national hero, called Mr Zero The Mail don't fail The Mail don't fail Panic attack Panic room Nick nak Paddy wack panic That's no tie It's too hot for that Sod it boss Ain't looking three buttons down I look daps, John Travolta man One to ones are merely sign it And get done, nah get down No Dragon's Den, just dandruff mate Nightmare
